The new PurpleZone is here!

Let’s take a look with us!

Published: 19.07.2023

We have been working on the new version of our PurpleZone client zone for several months so it is built on a completely new (and more solid) foundation. Join us now for a look at the main changes you can look forward to.

Welcome to our brand new client zone - PurpleZone. Our team of programmers has been building this from the ground up for over a year. The brief was clear - to create a platform that is not only visually appealing and intuitive, but also uses the latest technological innovations to deliver premium features and services to our clients.

PurpleZone is built on robust code that allows all features to run quickly and smoothly. This not only improves the overall user experience, but also allows us the flexibility to add new features and tweaks in the future to keep our services up-to-date and relevant to your requirements.

What's different?

The key difference is the clear, clean and modern design, which is packed with new features and improvements. The entire zone has been designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind - everything is now organized so that clients can easily navigate through the environment and manage their trading and managed accounts without unnecessary delays. All the necessary information and tools are now at your fingertips, organized and presented in a clear and intuitive interface.

Why do we recommend switching to a new zone as soon as possible?

Switching to a new platform can seem like a difficult step, especially if you're used to the old interface. But the opposite is true. The new PurpleZone brings many benefits that far outweigh the time required for acclimatization.

Therefore, we recommend switching to the new zone as soon as possible. Not only because the old version of PurpleZone will only be available until 31. 8. 2023, but also because of the many benefits you will find in the new zone. These include faster page loading, easier access to account settings, a more visually clear view of account progress, and easy management of financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and money transfers.

Summary of changes in individual sections

  • Signing in to PurpleZone is easy and straightforward. Just enter your username and password on the login page and you're ready to get started. Plus, the handy "remember me" feature makes it even easier to log in next time.
  • You can now also set your preferred PurpleZone language directly on the login page.

Dashboard

A new feature is the dashboard which appears immediately after logging in and is the heart of the client zone. We designed the dashboard to give you quick and easy access to the most important information and features. Let's take a look at what you will find on it.

  • Deposits, withdrawals, transfers can be found in the upper right part of the dashboard in the form of buttons. Here you can manage your finances and make transactions between your accounts. We have designed everything with maximum user-friendliness in mind.
  • You can see your overall equity directly below the aforementioned money transaction buttons. The current value of all your accounts is displayed, including any open positions. At a glance, you get an overview of the status of your trades and investments.
  • On the lower part of the page, you will find an overview of the best performing strategies and ETF portfolios. You can view them individually or further sort them by various parameters such as "Growth in the past week", "Most popular", etc.

Accounts

If you click on "Accounts" in the left navigation menu in PurpleZone, you will see an overview of all your live, demo and managed accounts. For ease of navigation, you can choose to view all accounts at once, or you can choose to view only a specific group of accounts.

If you want to create a new account, you can simply click on the "Create New Account" button. This will open a form where you can select and set parameters for the new account.

If you click on a specific account, you will be taken to the account detail page. Here you can access all the details of the account. For example, you can deposit and withdraw funds, make transfers, or edit account settings.

To clarify: There are two types of passwords: a "master password", which allows you to fully control the account, and an "investor password", which is intended for previewing the account, for example, to track statistics using third-party applications such as MyFXBook.

In the account settings, you can edit the account name to make it more easily identifiable, change the account password, set up leverage or deactivate the account.

Back in the account details, you will find account information such as leverage, account type, equity, net profit, etc. There is also a graph that shows the evolution of the account balance over time. Below the chart you will find a summary of all your open and closed trades, cash transactions and fees. This allows you to have a detailed overview of all transactions in your account.

Settings

In the Settings section, which can be found in the bottom left corner of the navigation menu, you can edit everything related to your account and preferences.

At first glance, you may notice information about your investment profile. If you wish to update this information, an investment questionnaire is available. This questionnaire is located at the bottom of the page and once completed, your investment profile information will be updated.

The next item is "Security and password". Here you can change the PurpleZone login password and also the passwords for individual trading accounts.

The third section "Settings" deals with document management. Here you can keep track of the validity of your documents such as ID, proof of address, credit card and other documents. Whenever you need to, you can upload the current versions of these documents in the right part of this section.

The last section "Settings" allows you to change the language of PurpleZone. After making this change, do not forget to click on the "Save" button.

Strategies

PurpleZone offers an overview of the different trading strategies you can join.

You also have a filter that allows you to sort and display strategies according to selected criteria, such as length of history, CapitalGuard value, riskiness, etc. There is also an option to check a box in the top right corner that, when activated, will only display strategies that are currently available.

After clicking on the selected strategy, the system will redirect you to the strategy details page. Here you will find all the details about the strategy - its name, history, performance, minimum stake, risk level, fees and other information. For an even more detailed view of the strategy's performance, the history of individual trades is located at the end of the strategy profile.

If you have carefully reviewed the strategy and decided that you want to join it, you can do so by clicking on the "Join Strategy" button, which can be found in the top left corner of the strategy details.

How to disconnect from the strategy: Conversely, if you wish to disconnect from a particular strategy, just go to the "Accounts" section, then find the "Managed Accounts" list, click on that strategy, go to the top right to "Settings", and after clicking on the "Connections" box, you can click on "Disconnect from Strategy".

ETF portfolios

ETF portfolios are collections of different ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds) that are pre-compiled by our team. These portfolios are designed to cover a wide range of markets and sectors to diversify risk. Each portfolio has its own unique characteristics and risk profile. You can therefore choose the portfolio that best matches your investment objectives and tolerance for potential risk.

Click on "ETF Portfolios" in the left menu, located just below "Strategies", to access a full overview of available ETF portfolios. This overview provides information on the overall performance of each portfolio as well as detailed information on each portfolio individually.

Similar to the strategies, you can view various metrics such as performance, risk level, fees and other key parameters for each portfolio. In addition, there is an overview of what the portfolio consists of and the percentage of each item in the portfolio, including a detailed description of each.

If, after thorough research, you find a portfolio that you want to join, you can do so simply by clicking on the "Join" button in the portfolio's profile.

Trading Platforms

In the bottom left corner of the navigation menu you will find the "Trading Platforms" section. This section allows you to download the trading platform you prefer to your computer or smartphone, whether it is MT4 or cTrader.

Additionally, for cTrader users, there is also a web interface option that allows you to access the trading platform directly via a web browser without the need to install additional software.

In the same "Trading Platforms" section, you will also find your trading account numbers that are assigned to each trading platform. This allows you to easily identify which account you use for which platform and keep track of your investment activities.

Conclusion

Our new client zone is designed to be fast, simple, intuitive and user-friendly. We strive to provide our clients with the best possible tools and resources so they can effectively manage their investments and achieve their financial goals. That is why you can look forward to more enhancements in the future that will take your user experience several levels higher. We hope that our new platform will provide you with everything you need for successful trading and investing.
